RV Camping Information
How many sites do you have?
We only have one RV site, for one camping vehicle at at time. When you stay with us, you have the whole cliff top to yourself.
What are the rates?
The rate for renting the RV space is $75 per night during the entire winter/spring season and on weeknights in the summer. Summer weekends (Fri, Sat and holiday Sundays) are $85 per night.
Check-in time is 1 PM, and check-out time is 12 noon. Early check-in and/or late check-out may be available, depending upon adjacent bookings.
To reserve the space, you need to pay for your first night in advance. The balance is due on or before the day you arrive.
What kind of camping is allowed?
We allow one self-contained camping vehicle on the site. This includes all classes of vans and RV's, truck campers, travel trailers, pop-up campers, and fifth wheels. Your vehicle must have its own restroom facilities. Out of respect for our neighbors, no tent camping is allowed on the property.
How many vehicles?
We allow one primary RV/camper/trailer (the one you sleep in) and up to 2 additional vehicles on the property.
Noise and neighbors
The campsite is located in a quiet rural residential neighborhood. We ask that our guests keep outside noise to a minimum, especially early and late. Most of our guests love how peaceful this site is compared to a noisy, crowded campground. If your style of camping is loud and rowdy, check out Fort Flagler State Park down the road instead.
Are pets allowed?
Pets are welcome! However we ask that you take care to clean up after them. Dogs must remain near the campsite: away from the garage, road and neighboring properties. If your dog is prone to wandering, they need to be leashed. Also, please take them with you when you leave the site. No unattended dogs in your RV while you’re out exploring.
What are the hookups?
We have a power pedestal with 20/30/50 amp plugs. Also fresh water and sewer hookups, as well as high speed WiFi internet access.
Can I have a campfire?
Campfires are allowed when our summer fire ban is not in effect. Typically the local fire ban is July 1st - September 30th. In bad fire years, the ban can include prohibitions on outdoor gas/propane flames too, including barbecue grills.
If a fire ban is not in effect, bring your own wood or propane off-the-ground fire pit, Solo stove, etc. and use it only in the gravel areas of the campsite. Extinguish completely before you go to bed, we have ample water available.
How do I get to the beach?
This is a waterfront property, but it's at the top of a 50 foot cliff. East Beach Park is 1/2 mile down the road, and offers picnic facilities, restrooms and miles of walkable beach.
Mystery Bay State Park is around 1 mile away and has a beach, dock, boat launch and picnic facilities.
Fort Flagler State Park is around 3 miles north, and has campgrounds, beaches, boat launch and dock, hiking/biking trails and lots more.
